Pilates in & around Rutland
Sam runs Pilates classes at Active Rutland Hub, Oakham, Market Overton village hall, Whissendine Sports Club, Easton-on-the-hill village hall & Preston village hall.
Pilates is a low impact exercise class that gets you thinking about engagement of your core, from here the core is strengthened, the posture is improved and the body will move more freely. The muscles through the whole of the body are utilised to improve the bodies composition & strength.
Each week Sam gives a different focus to the class ensuring there is plenty of variation, difference pieces of equipment are used such as resistance bands, balls, blocks & Pilates rings. These classes are suitable for all abilities.
