Where will personal training sessions take place?

Sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home or garden, Sam has a good variety of equipment. Uppingham School Sports Centre has a fantastic state of the art fitness suite, or if you are local to Ketton, Equilibrium is a great place to workout. Or should you wish to have a quiet session away from a gym environment then our treatment room at Thomas' hairdressing Market place, Uppingham may suit you better.

Question 2

How many sports massage sessions will I need to get rid of the pain?

Accepted Answer

Everyone is different, everyone responds different to treatment. Sam will do her very best to help the problem within one session, however if the tightness has been there for sometime this may take a couple of sessions to see a difference.

Where do you do fitness classes?

Accepted Answer

Fitness classes run by Sam are currently at Uppingham School Sports Centre. From mid July 2023 these will be expanding to Easton-on-the-hill & Tallington Lakes & from August from Equilibrium, Ketton.
